Returns
– Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to qualify for a refund or exchange.
– Condition: All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Products showing signs of installation or use are not eligible for return.
– Exceptions: Custom orders, clearance items, and electrical parts are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return:
– Contact our customer service team at support@lebanon4x4experts.com or call +961 3 555 044 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is required to process your return.
– Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Package Your Item:
– Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Include the RMA number and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.
3. Ship Your Return:
– Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely. Note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Refunds
– Inspection and Processing Time: Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item(s) within 5-7 business days. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
– Refund Method: If approved, refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
– Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, missing parts, or not in original condition).
Exchanges
– Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement. We will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective item and sending the replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
– Custom Orders: Products that are made to order or customized to your specifications are not eligible for return or exchange.
– Clearance Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
– Electrical Parts: Due to their sensitive nature, electrical parts are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
